The rules that govern your use of gpfitness.in.
1. General
By using gpfitness.in ("the Site"), operated by GP Fitness (Gaint Physique), you agree to these terms. Products are intended for personal use by adults; consult a physician before starting any supplement.
2. Orders & pricing
All prices are in Indian Rupees (₹) and inclusive of applicable taxes. An order is confirmed when you receive an order confirmation email. We may cancel orders affected by pricing errors, stock issues or suspected fraud — any amount paid is refunded in full.
3. Payments
We currently support Cash on Delivery and, when enabled, online payment via Razorpay (UPI, cards, netbanking, wallets). Online payments are processed by the payment gateway; we do not store card details.
4. GP Rewards coins
Coins are a promotional benefit (1 coin = ₹1 at redemption), credited after delivery and redeemable within the limits shown at checkout. Coins have no cash value, may expire, and are reversed if an order is cancelled or returned.
5. Shipping & delivery
We aim to dispatch within 24 hours on business days. Delivery estimates are indicative; delays by courier partners can occur. Risk passes to you on delivery.

7. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for the order concerned. Supplement outcomes vary by individual; nothing on the Site is medical advice.
