Refund & Return Policy
Simple and fair: 7-day returns on unopened products, fast refunds.
Returns
- Raise a return within 7 days of delivery from your order page or via support.
- Products must be unopened, seal intact and in original packaging. Opened consumables can't be returned for safety reasons, except when the product is damaged, defective or incorrect.
- Damaged / wrong item received? Share photos within 48 hours of delivery — we replace or refund in full, including shipping.
Refunds
- Online payments — refunded to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after the return passes inspection.
- Cash on Delivery — refunded via UPI/bank transfer; our team will collect details securely.
- Reward coins — coins redeemed on the order are returned to your wallet; coins earned on it are reversed.
Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled free of charge any time before they are shipped. Once shipped, please use the returns process above.
