What we collect

• Account data — name, email, phone and delivery addresses you provide.
• Order data — items purchased, payments status, delivery details.
• Usage data — pages and products viewed and cart activity, used to improve the store (Google Analytics and our own event log).

How we use it

• To fulfil orders, send order/OTP emails and provide support.
• To run GP Rewards and show your wallet, orders and receipts.
• To understand which products matter to customers and improve the catalog.

What we don't do

We do not sell your personal data. Card/UPI details are handled by the payment gateway (Razorpay) and never stored on our servers. Passwords are stored only as strong one-way hashes.

Cookies & sessions

We use browser storage for your login session and a random session id for analytics. You can clear these anytime from your browser.

Your choices

Email us via Contact to access, correct or delete your account data. Deleting your account removes personal data not required for tax/order records.
